Terms of Service

1. The service

TVAO.DAILY is a personal execution platform at tvaodaily.com offering daily planning, tasks, habits, goals, journaling, analytics and related features. By creating an account you agree to these terms. The service is operated by the TVAO.DAILY team, reachable at tvaodaily@gmail.com.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
• One account per person; do not share paid access or attempt to bypass plan limits.

3. Plans and payment

• Free plan: £0, free forever, no card required.
• Founding Member: £4.99/month, limited to the first 100 activated memberships. The £4.99 price remains locked for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. If it ends or lapses, re-joining later is at the then-current standard price (currently £9.99/month).
• TVAO Pro: the standard paid plan at £9.99/month. New Pro subscriptions may include a free trial where offered at checkout; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
• Prices are in GBP and billed monthly in advance by our payment processor, Stripe. Paid features unlock only after a confirmed payment.

4. Cancellation

• Cancel any time from Settings → Membership in the app (via the Stripe billing portal). Cancellation stops future renewals; it is not a refund of the current period.
• Paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have paid for, then your account returns to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted when you downgrade.
• If a payment fails, we retry via Stripe and keep your access during the retry window; if payment ultimately fails, the account returns to the Free plan.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other users' data, no abuse of the AI features, and no interfering with the platform's operation.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

6. Your content

You own the content you create (journals, goals, notes, and so on). You grant us the limited right to store and process it solely to operate the service for you. AI features process your content only to generate the response you requested.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". TVAO.DAILY is a planning and tracking tool; it does not provide medical, financial or professional advice, and AI-generated suggestions may be wrong. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance. Questions: tvaodaily@gmail.com or see our Support page.
