Who we are

TVAO.DAILY ("we", "us") is the daily execution platform at tvaodaily.com. You can reach the operator at any time via tvaodaily@gmail.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash) when you register, or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google.
• Your content: the tasks, goals, journal entries, time blocks, disciplines, notes, books, vision items and other information you enter into the app.
• Billing data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we store your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, plan and billing period dates.
• Usage and technical data: basic device/browser information, error logs and diagnostic events used to keep the service reliable and secure.
• Support messages: messages you send us through the in-app support page or by email.
• Notification data: if you enable push notifications, a device subscription token; if you enable email reminders, your reminder preferences and timezone.

How we use it

• To provide the service: sync your data across devices, send the reminders and emails you ask for, and operate your subscription.
• To power AI features you choose to use (such as the AI Coach and AI Planner), which send relevant portions of your data to our AI provider to generate a response.
• To respond to support requests and to keep the platform secure (abuse prevention, error monitoring).
• We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your journal, goals or other content for advertising.

Services that process your data

• Lovable Cloud: hosts the application, database, authentication and file storage.
• Stripe: processes payments and manages subscriptions and the billing portal.
• Google: sign-in, if you choose "Continue with Google".
• AI provider (via Lovable AI): generates responses for AI features when you use them.
• Open Library: book search and cover images in the Book Portfolio; search queries are sent to their public catalogue.

Your rights and choices

• Access, correct or export your data, and delete your account, by contacting us at tvaodaily@gmail.com.
• Manage email reminders and push notifications in the app's Settings.
• Cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Membership; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Security and retention

Your data is stored in our cloud database with row-level access controls so that only you can read your private content. We keep your data while your account is active; when you ask us to delete your account we delete or anonymise your personal data, except where we must keep limited records for legal or accounting reasons.
