Account access
- •Sign in with the email you registered with, or with Google if you used Google sign-up.
- •Forgot your password? Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and we'll email you a reset link.
- •If your reset or confirmation email doesn't arrive, check spam/junk, then contact us below.
Billing & membership
- •Manage or cancel your subscription any time from Settings → Membership in the app (via the Stripe billing portal).
- •After cancellation, paid access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- •Founding Members keep the £4.99/month price while the membership stays continuously active.
- •For refunds, failed payments or invoice questions, email us with the email address on your account.
Using the app
- •Signed-in members can message the team directly from the in-app Support page and get replies as in-app notifications.
- •If something looks broken, tell us what page you were on and what you expected to happen.
